    Ordering and Delivery

    Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from the order date depends on delivery options selected at the check out .All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

    Signed for deliveries


    All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All packages will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbor.

    Failed deliveries


    If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbor cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redeliver, or collection from the local depot.

    The item will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

    Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

     

    Incorrect delivery details


    AOVO eScooter UK cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

    If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.

    Delayed Delivery

    However, on rare occasions deliveries may take longer, especially during public holidays, festive periods, unforeseen weather conditions or courier delays. If we are out of stock on a specific item in the UK warehouse, we may ship from one of our backup warehouses located in Europe. we will be in contact you in such circumstance before dispatch and will take your advice prior to dispatch and will offer you full refund in such circumstances.

    Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

    Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to issue refund it until either delivery has taken place, or the delivery is refused and the item is on its way back to us.
